As always when dealing with any kind of firearms, SAFETY FIRST. Use your head. This is not a perfect replacement part, and probably not a permanent solution. You are responsible for damages/injury that occurs when using this. BE SMART, BE SAFE, LEAVE THE RANGE IN ONE UNINJURED PIECE.
This is a plastic part, Even though it would be hard to heat the bolt enough to melt this piece, it can happen. If and when (more than likely just when) it breaks off, it will probably be a pain to disassemble the gun.
The charging handle broke on my brother's T03-99. Apparently, this happens to every one of these guns eventually. It seems to be caused by a bad design, as opposed to sub par parts quality. I would guess that the mass of the charging handle causes stress when the bolt strikes the stop and causes the original charging handle to break, this is why I kept it short and simple. The replacement parts are non-existent, gun smiths are expensive, and I'm too lazy to make one out of metal. It's survived my basic torture tests, but there's a reason I printed several spares.
I recommend using PETG, as it is somewhat temperature resistant, and chemical resistant. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND against using PLA, as gun oil would probably make the part brittle and fail quickly.
Lay flat, 100% infill, print spares.
