Based on "T-nut M3 drop-in rotating V-Slot" by DaVinci2000. I just replaced the nut trap with a threaded hole in the standard M3, M4, and M5 sizes, so you don't need any nuts. This is for light duty only - DaVinci2000's version with a trapped metal nut is way stronger.
I just needed some light ones in M5 for mounting electronics, and you can't fit an M5 nut in the original design.
