I started with the design by ScribbleJ but ended up only using the z-car and making new parts for the motor mount and the rod mounts based on prusa i2 and i3 design.
Software I recommend is Creation Workshop:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40778
Enclosure is based on a IKEA method cabinet(40x40x38,5cm). beamer is placed on top for top-down SLA printing. No expensive lenses or surface mirrors needed but still great print quality!
Beamer: You need a DLP beamer >= 2000 lumen. I used an Infocus IN2104 1024x768 beamer with just 1800 lumen but a HD beamer will improve your print quality even more.
