I designed camera mounts for the new Runcam Swift for the Martian Frame. These work in either the 5" or 6" Martian frames that are widely available all over the internet. I purchased mine from Amazon as well as the cameras.
The mounts give you 0° - 45° of adjustment and uses the screws that come with your Runcam Swift. I also built up the inside a bit because the Swift is quite a bit narrower than the HS1177 cameras.
Mine are printed from PETG, but ABS would work fine as well.
