A custom tool container for a cheap PEM nut gun I bought off Amazon (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XVB3MMG). The cardboard box it came with is a very tight fit and I could never get all of the adapters in it again after opening it, so I took some measurements with a caliper and eventually came up with this.
The lid hinge design is based off https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4582251 and I have little experience with CAD software or designing parts, so I was making a lot of educated guesses as it relates to the chamfer parameters by taking measurements from that. The initial fit was tighter than I expected and it took some brute force to get the lid off the first time, but now it comes off without much difficulty after breaking it in. Some gentle sandpapering might be needed.
