Seems the left frame plug on my 2007 Suzuki DR 650 SE kept coming off..... after replacing it a few times, I just left it open. Until I got my 3D printer.
I went through a couple designs which either were too tight and cracked, or were too loose and fell out during a ride.
This one seems to be holding well with just friction alone.
I printed the one pictured in ABS.

the plug seem to hold well on its own but as crooksusa suggested it would not hurt to add some rtv silicone to keep it secured.
