I designed and printed this part since I had frequent problems with PLA printing.
My extruder got bloqued several times and I read somewhere that by lubricating the flament with kitchen oil, you might solve the problem.
This fact is certainly working for me, and I guess it might help other makers to correct similar problems.
You have to screw the part to the metal frame of the front of the printer, cut a little piece of sponge and place it inside the housing of the part. Then make a hole to the sponge in the middle making sure that your filament will pass correctly (I used the own filament to make the hole) and get lubrified when you will fill it with some kitchen oil. For this I use virgin extra olive oil as it is common in my region :) and it works perfect.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are going to print a part taller than 10cm, you MUST unscrew this sponge support from the frame of your printer, since the extruder assembly will crash with it when going high.
It happened to me once and the temporary solution I found was to unscrew it and stick it with some adhesive tape to the upper part of the extruder while this printing finished. Then I screwed it back to its place.
