Settings for PETG:
Printed best for me with thin weak supports (0.3 line width from a 0.4 width nozzle).
The rest of the line widths at 0.6
0.2 layer height.
0.2 support Z separation
15% density line supports
Support angle threshold set to 58 degrees.
40mms print speed.
100% fan even though im using PETG.
You can probably get away with some more conservative settings if using PLA.
Some of the ribs come out a little messy, but you just need them to provide a friction fit, not be pretty. If it doesn't fit snug, scale it up a little and try again. It doesn't take much material and prints fast.
