This is a mount for the Sunlu S8 BTT Smart filament sensor that can detect when the filament is out or not moving. This is useful runout detection and also good to detect when your hot end has a jam or there is a snag in the filament spool as the filament will no longer advance.

My setup has the smart sensor wired to my Pi 4 directly and use the following Octoprint plugin to monitor
