This is a 250 class, the real size it's 233, for the limit of my 3d printer build area.
The drone it's designed with Fusion 360, you can download the source file.
My idea was to design and build a drone for fpv with a single piece body, and with a structure that can abosorb crash without big damage.
To print this you need to have a build area of at leas 195x205, it's better 215x215 just to have a skirt for better adesion of firts layer.
3D printed parts weight is 90g, and ready to fly without battery is around 320g (and i use a lot of hot glue to fix cables, flight controller (naze32), cam, esc, bec, ecc...
Motors are
EMAX PM1806 with 5030 gemfan (or 5045 tri)
ESC ZTW 18A
Hobbyking BEC
boscam 200mw tx
and small cmos camera 700tvl
