Z Axis frame brace use 4 6mm rod ends. These are available on Ebay. Make sure you get the Right Hand option.
Longer rear threaded rods to suit.
There are 2 options.
1 For a new build use the bolt on option. Drill 2 3mm holes 30mm apart each end of the frame.
2 For a retro fit use the clamp on option.
2 lengths of 6mm studding, 8 M6 nuts and 4 M6 bolts completes the job.
To make the most of the frame brace I recommend bolting the printer to a base using the Y corner posts from Endlesshunt found here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:931757
Update
Z Axis Frame Brace Clamp 1 minor error fix
Update 06/01/2016
All STL files updated. The files with "Support" have been orientated differently and need support when printing. I believe this way make them slightly stronger.
