This is a thread protector cap for the clutch belt removal tool by STV. For Can Am Maverick X3 UTVs.
It screws down tight, so that the components don't chatter and chime together, and protects the soft aluminum threads from damage.
The thread is a 36mm dia, with 2mm thread pitch, and this design fits the 64" and 72" versions of the tool.
I print this so the flat side is down. The clearance tolerance is perfect for my printer. The X and Y scale can be adjusted a little if the thread clearance need adjusting for your printer (while keeping the Z scale constant).
