Finished in about 1940, Stuart Hall houses the Math/Science Magnet on the campus of Arsenal Technical High School. Although the main feature of this building is it's very large bell tower, it also houses the school's secondary auditorium (The Forum), which will soon be converted to a planetarium. The ground floor of the bell tower also has a small memorial to the school's first principal, Milo H.
