Struts on pipe

Bottom part of a strut is attached to a stationary pont towards the bottom of the pipe. The upper part of the struct is connected to a sliding collar. When weight/pressure is pushing downward on the collar the struct retracts. When the weight or pressure is removed the structs extends and the collar is lifted. #Strut_Collar
