I'm currently starting a project which needs strong connections between structural beams. Though i do not want to superglue it because i want to keep things changeable. Therefor I made this test piece to see how solid it would be. It was very though to press together (used a gluing clamp), but it's rock solid, feels like one piece without any movement.
If you need to disconnect it, i think you can just press them separate again with a clamp. I will create some tools for this in the form of STL files in the future, as soon as i need it myself.
The idea of this STL file is, that you import it into your 3D editing software, merge it into your design, and then print the whole thing. Printing the STL file which you can download here is somewhat useless (except if you want to test it yourself first of course).
