Stronger screwball with tighter thread by markwheadon

For me at least, the thread on the original is way too slack – I could push the two halves together rather than screw them together, so this is a tweaked version with the inner thread larger by 1mm diameter (so +0.5mm radius). This has also been tweaked to make it stronger as the original was breaking for me when dropped one too many times.
I find this is best printed in PETG – nice 'n' strong and glossy.
Still very much JamieLaing's design, just tweaked slightly.
