String Art & Envelopes on the Circle
Why not put the string art on some circular structures! With 3D design, we could create numerous scaffolds! Here are just a few: circle, semicircle, 315-degree, and 135-degree sectors. Beyond string art, they can be used to model fractions and angles, too.
String art is pretty and provides many opportunities for mathematical conversations and even analysis, all the way from kindergarten to college mathematics (refer to the references and particularly Quenell's work).
