Questo mia creazione è utilizzabile solo su stampanti in 3D che montano un piatto riscaldato 7350-3dheaterplate con ovviamente il piatto di vetro soprastante. Questo è dovuto al fatto che i fori del suddetto piatto sono all'estremità e perciò è semplice l'applicazione dello StopGlass senza problemi.
Lo StopGlass ha tre vantaggi:
Non ostacola l'Hot-End perché l'altezza dello StopGlass è al livello del piatto;
Riesce a tenere saldamente il piatto vetrato;
Il piatto vetrato è facilmente rimovibile verso l'alto e quindi pratico;
Istruzioni:
Devono essere stampati due pezzi che verranno posizionati ai vertici opposti. Il montaggio consiste nello svitare le viti del piatto riscaldato interessate, con la successiva rimozione dell'anello dentato e l'aggiunta dello StopGlass . Deve essere posto sotto il piatto d'alluminio della stampante orientato nel modo in cui viene stampato.
Preferibilmente in ABS.
Importante:
In download è presente la versione con il foro per la vite e non. Nel secondo quindi bisogna effettuarlo da per se con una punta da 3 mm (con una punta da legno preferibilmente) tramite l'utilizzo di un trapano a colonna o trapano normale. Il foro deve essere eseguito nel punto preciso in cui voi volete, tenendo conto del piatto

This my creation can only be used on printers 3D that mount a plate heated 7350-3dheaterplate with of course the glass plate above. This is due to the fact that the holes of the said plate are end and therefore is simple application of the StopGlass without problems.
The StopGlass has three advantages:
It does not hinder Hot-End because the height of StopGlass is at the level of the flat
Can you hold firmly plate glass
The flat glass is easily removable upwards and then practical
Instructions:
Must be printed two pieces that will be placed at the diagonal corners . The assembly is to unscrew screws heated plate concerned , with the subsequent removal ring gear and the addition of the StopGlass . It must be placed under the aluminum tray of the printer oriented in the way it is printed.

Important:
In downloads is present a version with the screw hole and not .In the second so you have to maintain it by itself with a 3mm bit (with a wood drill bit preferably ) through the use of a drill or drill normal. The hole must be performed in the exact spot where you want, taking into account the plate
