You could use this for Gloomahven but you would be better off using one of these:

-Dungeon Door - Open and Closed
-Dungeon Game Working Door

Gloomhaven has a couple doors with a different orientation on the hex so to print the least number of doors I made a round base. However I don't think miniatures can actually stand on the door tile when it is open, which would be the whole point of having a door that opens. I'm going to call this a work in progress. ;)
I included the Z1 door assembly plate with round base to make the stone door Z1. Check out the all other doors at the link above.
