When I was in grade school band class I wanted to play trombone. When my parents went to buy it for me all the lower priced brass ones were sold out. All that was available was a sterling silver one. So this is a model of what they got me. The band teacher liked it so much that I sat in what is called 1st chair! 1st chair is were you sit to the closest place front and stage to the audience if doing a concert type event.
