Starship concept based on rigidizable inflatable structure concept. Upon deployment an Inflation gas is used to inflate the structure and thus actuate the origami pattern to unfurl; after initial pressure is released, a second catalyst gas BF3 is injected which upon contact with Kevlar-Polyimide composite bladder initiates the polymerization method, and the structure becomes rigid with the help of inflation gas.
