Assault Phaser Holster from Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country
Holster for the Assault Phaserhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4188724
Sand the pieces.
Align and glue holster1 and holster2.
Sand again.
Prime and paint.
Repeat as necessary.....
Glue the clamp between the small rails.
The final model of the clamp has a longer base than in the photos. Please, align the lower part of the base to the bottom of the rail.
For better adhesion do not paint the back of the clamp and the space between the rails or sand/scratch those zones before glue them.
Use pattern_int to create a inner lining (you can use craft/eva foam), trim the excess, and glue it inside.
Use pattern_strap to create a strap, glue it on the back (a part will be covered under the clamp), add some adhesive velcro on the front.
