This is a standard Hull Cell used in electroplating for testing plating electrolytes. Besides the commonly known cell geometry this design has two "ears" which allow for more convenient contacting of the anode and cathode (as seen in the photo), Also I added levels of 267 mL (standard US electrolyte volume) and 250 mL (more common in the rest of the world)
