Stand for iPhone Xs Max with Otterbox Defender Case by dkingma

This stand will work with the iPhone Xs Max phone in an Otterbox Defender case; however it works equally well with the iPhone Xs as well as my older iPhone 7 Plus. It probably works with quite a few of the larger phones. I designed it with several features. First, the phone sits high enough off of the desk such that the charging cord can easily bend without stressing the connector. It is also nice that you don't have to thread the charging cord through a hole.
The most notable feature is that the stand can be handheld by slipping your four fingers, sans the thumb, into the bottom of the stand. For folks with arthritis in their hands, it is sometimes painful to hold a phone by applying pressure to both sides of the phone. If you put a rubber band around the top of the phone and the stand (notice the stops on the side of the stand), you can tilt the phone downward towards you if you're laying down and want to video chat without squeezing the sides of the phone.
