The Larson Electronics EPL-AEH-SS-8.12.6-N4X Stainless Steel Explosion Proof Junction Box provides operators with a rugged enclosure that is designed to hold and protect equipment in flammable environments. This explosion proof enclosure is ideal for Class I, Division 2 sites and indoor or outdoor applications where flammable vapors, gases, or dusts exist or stand the potential to exist.

The EPL-AEH-SS-8.12.6-N4X explosion proof enclosure is made of 316 stainless steel and features a Type 4X protection rating. Equipped with a screw cover, this Class I, Division 2 junction box measures 11.81" x 7.87" x 5.91". A 1/4" external earth protection is available on the unit. Operators are provided access to a flanged backplate for easy mounting on walls or surfaces.
Applications: Offshore rigs, sewage and wastewater treatment plants, coal plants, gas facilities and any other hazardous location where an explosion proof enclosure is needed.
