simple construction of stage escape steps. using stock tred the stock tred is 10'x30' 3/4 ply on a 1x4 and 2x4 frame The rise/run in this drawing is 8/10. this set could be used on ether a 24' or 32' platfotm. the 3/4' stringer can be lenthened as nessary for other platform heights. I stock a number of stringersand treads then assemble as needed scerw thru stringer into the 2x4 part of the step with about 4 screws #stagecraft #stairs_scenery #stock #theatrical
