I printed the Spydacopter thick leg (which is a remix of the Crossfire QUadcopter leg) in PLA.
But sadly, even with 50% infill the material is to brittle and the feet broke of almost instantly on medium rough landings.
I remixed the arm to be more stable and am experimenting with it right now.
It could also be a good idea to ad some rubber or foam under the foot to dampen hard landings.
update:
good news is, the foot is indeed much more stable and wont just break of.
bad news is, the leg breaks somewhere else now. a few minutes ago, it ripped the whole foot apart. have to rethink this.
