Spur gear using Creo Modeling

Here we are going to make Spur gear mechanism using Creo ..

The dimension used in Gear is as follows ..

Involute Spur Gear.. Diameter .




NO of Teeth = 21

Pitch Dia = 40

Base circle Dia = 37.5877

Outer Dia = 43.8096

Root Diameter = 35.5924

Pressure angle (Alpha) = 20

Distance Between the two Gears = 40

fter assembly .. go to application - mechanism --- Gears ---- spur gear --- pick the axis
for rotation ---- and give the distance between the centre

Enter pressure angle is 20 in properties ..
