probably best to print the printable version! and adjuste the outlet tubes to your preference in the scad file.
Best way to finish the piece is to put it in a jam jar, pour some very thin ABS juice all over it and inside all the holes and let it flow through, and then empty the juice back into the original flask, and you are left with a water tight plastic distributor.
