[update] This is perfect for a resin printer - photos added.
Here's a tiny, useful spoon/scoop with a tamper on one end. It's not for measurement - I haven't checked how much it holds. I use it to help me load small devices with the stuff they need to work -- and to lightly tamp the stuff into place. With the round shaft, you can easily scoop and dump with just a roll of the fingers.
Print it vertically, as modeled. You can add a brim, if you need it, but I've never had to use one. I print on a heated glass bed with a little dab of purple glue stick.
I'd suggest printing this with 100% infill. It only takes a minute or two longer but it adds comfortable mass to the tool and it seems to help the scoop part slice and print more easily without support.
