I fixed the two issues I had with the otherwise amazing original design: (1) bearing rubbed against mount causing binding; and (2) my bearings were loose, so slipped off the mount.
The built in washer prevents the side of the bearing from rubbing.
The new "bearing holder" keeps bearing on.
