So, I know the point of the puzzle pieces was to be able to print as many of the holders as you needed and then lock them together, and that is a good plan. I wanted to make an entire plate of them at once so they would be fused together as one solid piece to hang on the wall and not have to worry about them falling to pieces if they got knocked off.
The files have to be sliced together to actually print as one piece. If you print the two base files separately, they won't have anything to fuse to.
I am sharing this just in case anyone else wanted to do the same thing, they wouldn't have to do the work. This "remix" is really only meant to be a way to print many of these as one solid piece.
