I don't know how, but I lost the spool for my 3-inch adhesive tape (Scotch) holder so I replicate it.
It prints without any particular print settings (no supports needed). Tested with simple PLA. The central pin is pretty tight, hence a light hammering may be needed depending on the tolerance of your printer.
