This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Just another side spit on 4 levels. Has an elevator, theatre, and large flex room. There is a mud room just inside the garage with a large pantry and half bath. Livingroom, dining and kitchen is designed like my brother's new house, only reversed, which has a high ceiling. Lower levels have 10' ceilings. Also has 2 water heaters. And last but not least, a mezzanine at the top of the stairs, which overlooks the Great Room.
