Split level house (1970s suburban, Paulwall base)

This is a recolor of Paulwall's excellent split level house model (see the original at https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/b3841808-8f7c-449e-8038-8cefb1a2b78f/House), to better match the design language I've been using for my models. Major changes: remove decorative shutters, add window trim, change brick/siding colors, simplify interior colors, new garage door.
