Split level house (1970s-1980s suburban)

CREDITS: This is an updated version of the 'Split Level House' model by bob1938 (https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/ub324218d-07f5-4d5d-9b1e-c0dc4b3a1854/Split-Level-House). I made a lot of changes and edits to Bob's model to make it look a bit more like a middle-market site-built home, rather than a pre-fabulous modular. The big changes: larger windows, four-sided elevations, corner and frieze boards, and a brick foundation/base. Split-level houses with the garage to one side, like this model, were popular in the Northeast and Midwestern United States from the 1960s through the 1980s. They're a staple in many older large lot and frontage subdivisions in more distant suburbs.
