Laser cutter plans for a Bus Pirate 3.6 Case.
Fully provided files .ai and .svg as well as generated gcode which may not be usable for your cutter but I figured I'd include them anyways.
The outer box is exactly 4x7" so that you can confirm scale of the pieces.
