Sargadelos is a very popular well known china factory in Galicia, North West of Spain.
They use to dedicate figures to popular persons or professions such as the typical blind lottery seller.
Here is it. I scanned it first pinting the china with pink tempera to avoid laser reflexion thanks to the advices given here.
