The author used a mouse pad to space the but cheek, I prefer something printed :P
The top spacer fits into the original design. With 1cm spacers to follow, unto the bottom 1cm spacer. The 1cm spacer can be scaled down to 5mm etc.
there is also a top to bottom spacer that should only elevate the cheek rest with 1cm.
