SP Exploding ring

NEEDS SKETCHY PHYSICS FOR EXPLODING SATISFACTION This is basically a ring that 'explodes'. What I did was I copied a whole lot of balls into a ring and doubled them up. They are set to frozen so they won't explode untill you touch them. P.S.: I will try to make this into a half-sphere or total sphere, it all depends on when I get a bug splat.
