I was looking for a clean docking station for my new Sony wf-1000xm3 earphones. I couldn't find them around here so I made one (with some inspiration from other phone docks around here) myself. I designed it in Solidworks in around 45 min.
It is a perfect fit and the case slides right in without damaging it.
No sanding needed if you use the original (short) USB C cable.
I taped the cable at the underside, you could also use some glue to keep the charger in place.
It is a fairly easy print without the need of a surface adhesion nor supports.
Print time is around 9 hours with a speed of 35 and the other mensioned settings.

so i recommend you simply guide the cable trough and add a drop of glue to get the cable to sit in place.
