this case is made to replace a the original case. these are not water proof like the original but that was not the aim. it just gives it a extra layer of protection. and options to mount it on. I have included some Step wiles in case you like to make some other mounting options for it.
I will be making a video about it on a later date.
the lens hood is mainly to keep out the rain as much as possible from the lens. of course is there a possibility that it helps with image quality as well.
