Sonic Driver from Star Trek: The Next Generation season 1 episode "The Naked Now" (and a few others).
Known issues :
The holes for LED are a bit tight, you may have to enlarge them in order to fit your LEDs.
The spikes may require some sand down to fit in their location.
EDIT :
Some people asked me what electronic parts I did use for lights, so here is the list :
1 LED 3 mm TRU COMPONENTS 1577379 red round 125 mcd 60 ° 20 mA
1 LED 3 mm TRU COMPONENTS 1577354 green round 175 mcd 60 ° 20 mA
2 LED 5 mm Thomsen LED-5-40.000W white round 40000 mcd 8 ° 30 mA 3.1 V
2 Carbon Layer Resistor Panasonic ERD-S2TJ360V 36 Ω Axial Output 0.25 W
2 AAA Battery
Battery holder and switch are homemade
Honestly, all the LED are far more powerful than needed, I can easily use it as a torchlight...
