I started with the Choco Theme by Sharon (#71527 here on Blend Swap), then went crazy. I have tried to create a look that uses muted colors with minimal contrast, except where it counts. Personal color preference is important, but the most important thing for a Blender theme is enhancing your ability to spot the settings you need, without getting in your way. Towards this end, I have adjusted just about everything. ;-) Give it a try, it might work for you too!Caution: There are areas of Blender into which I seldom venture, like the Game Engine.
