A Soap Box Derby racer and Local Champion, designed, constructed and driven to victory in 1966 by Bradley James Seaman of Davenport, IA. The wedge-shaped body was a wood-slat monocoque over a long wheelbase, with curvilinear fore and rear aprons, and a rounded bottom. The occupant sat crouch forward. This was young Brad's first entry into Soap Box Derby, his victory in Davenport sending him to Akron, Ohio a month later to compete at the All-American World Championship. He placed 2nd in his first heat. This model is created from color and black and white photographs showing views of the car from multiple angles. Interior details are minimal. The car is equipped with the official All-American Soap Box Derby Championship wheels, painted gold for 1966, with livery showing the driver's sponsor and car number.
