For extreme emergency use of a snorkel mask as a C-PAP mask this Charlotte valve is remodeled to print horizontal with no supports (depending on your bridging capability).
Print is about 60 grams.
Optimized to print in PETG, We are printing them in natural PETG. The pipe sections under test is strong. DO NOT Know if the tubes are strong enough printed vertical in PLA. You need to test if you do so, layer adhesion strength could be an issue.
Tighter fit, no wobbling.
Integrated cable tie slot to keep pressure on the clip to help keep it secured on the mask. Click in place, run a cable tie through and tighten.
No supports needed depending on your machines bridging capability. Test first.
Uses a 19mm ID PEEP valve and 22mm ID hose.
Make sure to modify the disk valves in the mask, follow the instructions in the video.
Some masks that have been donated to us are missing the o-ring, So we are printing the seal in TPU. File is attached. If your mask still a good seal on it then you do not need to print one.
Tested with no air leaks on multiple masks, brands tested so far is Tribord and Thenice.
