This landing gear will snap onto 16mm or 5/8" square stock such as the Home Depot chrome towel bars or the 5/8" wood stock. It is built in two pieces to allow for the legs to be swapped out in the event of a crash or if different lengths are desired.
The medium length strut is about 10cm (~4 inches) tall. I plan to add different lengths later, or you can mod the source files to create your own.
The v2 arm clamp has cleats for wrapping a rubber band around it to attach it more securely. I fly with the v3 now and find there is no need for that.
The bare arm clamp is useful for attaching ESCs or lights or whatever to the arms while still being easily removable.
