UPDATE:
I found a problem with my tolerances on the original design. If i tightened my belts as much as I could, the belt could slip through the clips. I have tried to address this issue, and my test prints have held up to much more belt tension. I haven't been able to get the updated clips to slip on the belts.
I changed some tolerances so that the belt is held very tightly and slightly compressed so the belt shouldn't ever slip. I also doubled the wall thicknesses so the parts should be stronger, easier to print, and won't flex. Parts are now symmetrical. If you're worried about the belt slipping, a dab of superglue between the insert and the belt should hold really well. I tightened my belts as far as i could (without superglue) and couldn't get the updated clip to slip on my belts.
ORIGINAL POST:
Secure belt clips for 6mm gt2 belt ends (replaces the brass tube clamp on belt ends for creality machines) or belt loops (used on a lot of reprap machines like the hypercube). Printed in PETG for strength and durability. I don't recommend printing these parts in PLA. ABS, NYLON, PETG, or ASA should work well. For maximum strength, use minimal cooling fan (preferably none), high print temp, and low layer height (0.2mm layers or less). 0.4mm or smaller nozzle recommended because of the detail needed for the tiny teeth that engage on the belt (use an extrusion width of 0.4mm or less). Print these parts upright, as shown in the picture above.
Assembly:

Thread belt through the "cover" piece.

Push "insert" piece on to the belt where you need the clip.

Slide the cover piece over the insert piece until they snap together. Pliers might be useful because it should be a tight fit!
