Snap Fit Connector for Mount Systems by CyberCyclist

Only connector parts for mount systems. Each part is adjusted build direction for FDM printers. No supports needed.
Fitting depends on 3d printer acccuracy, so you should modify clearance. If you use Fusin360, download f3d file and open it, select surfaces and press Q key to push/pull them. You can export the models with right click the model in BODY tree and "Save as STL".

マウントシステムに組み込んでもらうための、コネクタ部分のパーツです。FDM(積層型)3Dプリンタ用にさらにパーツを分割し、積層方向もそれぞれで変えています。造形にあたってサポートは不要です。(サポートは生成されないはず)
ただしカチッと固定できるかどうかは3Dプリンタの出力精度によって変わるので、必要ならFusion360で.f3dファイルを編集してください。
・対象となるサーフェス(面)を選択してQキーを押し、数値(±0.1mm程度)を入れて隙間を調整する
・画面左のBODYツリーの中から出力するモデルを右クリックし、「STL形式で保存」
2018-11-15 ピン部分の嵌合バリエーションを追加したf3dファイルに置き換えました。
