Sn42 / Sn3.5 Queensland Railways (QR) QLX Wagon

For:
1:64, S Scale on HO / 16.5mm track.
What it is:
A low detail 8 wheel bogie wagon (Not up to the quality of a modern ready to run models, this is a kit!)

Additional Parts Needed:
8 x 2mm "Top Hat" Bearings - 00 Gauge Romford Pin-Point Brass Bearings, Shouldered Type DW22 (Got my last lot from https://dundasmodels.co.uk/)
8 x Small Spring Wire Dia. 0.2mm Length 2x5mm For QR16 Bogie (Add a few more springs as they tend to fly!)
Screws for Bogies (I use 1.4mm wood screws / Marklin track screws)
2mm Drill to gently clean out the axle holes
Hornby 12.6mm wheels spokes or solid disc
0.5mm brass wire
Couplers of choice (Hook, Kadee or Sprat & Winkle)
Gap Filling Super Glue (Zap a Gap)
Notes:
Print 2 sets of walls (Had to print at a 45 degree angle to fit on my print bed, this goes for the roof and floor)
The end walls go on the inside
Print the floor without support (With support if you want to block the square buffer holes)
Lightly sand glue contact surfaces
Gently drill out 2mm holes in bogie frames before fitting ROMFORD bearings and springs
The final product will depend on the quality of the printer and how you have your settings under control
Supplied as is, no support and no promises
I recommend using a 0.3mm Nozzle for better detail and 0.1 or 0.08mm layering
